1. The service

MagnetoGames.com, run by ChatSim S.r.l. (P.IVA 09088330965), offers free online games to play in the browser, without registration. The games are provided "as is": we may change, add or remove them at any time.

2. Permitted use

You may play for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or embed the games on other sites, or use automated programs that overload the site.

3. Ownership

Games, code, graphics, texts and the MagnetoGames brand belong to ChatSim S.r.l. The names of traditional games (such as tic-tac-toe, sudoku or minesweeper) describe the type of game and don't belong to anyone.

4. Subscription

The ad-free subscription is not active yet. Its terms (price, renewal, cancellation, right of withdrawal) will be published here before it is launched.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the site always working, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. Scores are saved in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browsing data.

6. Governing law

Italian law applies. Consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) remain unaffected.
